Our Sun-Ni summer just got a whole lot yummier. We love a good mezze platter. We thought, why not wrap it all into one sandwich! This Simply Sun-Ni recipe doesn’t get much easier.
Mediterranean Mezza Wrap
One large piece of Pita Bread
3-4 TBS of Hummus ( Sun-Ni brand if you can get it of course )
3-4 TBS Tabouli
Sliced grilled chicken (If you want to keep this vegetarian, omit the chicken and add some grilled tofu, stuffed grape leaves or grilled veggies )
Sun-Ni string cheese – original or marinated
Spread hummus on pita, top with tabouli, chicken and cheese. Wrap up and Enjoy! These are great for a picnic and travel well.
